A brand, is a promise its owner aims to establish with their consumer. As consumers gain comfort with a brand, they continue to buy the same brand of product. This 'brand loyalty' is every marketers dream, and they go all out to retain this loyal breed of consumers–for it gives them an assured revenue stream.
